Lookie, lookie~ Another duvet cover! Only this one is GREEN! Green is like my absolutely FAVORITE color everyone! You don't even know how excited i was when I got this! Even though I'm still sick, i put it on my bed and took pictures as soon as I got it. I LOVE IT and you will too!
I recently purchased a very nice duvet and duvet cover set and I found myself wanting a bigger variety of duvet covers. I like to change my room up every once and a while and, without more duvet covers, I couldn't do that. I also felt a little... strange with the one I purchased. I purchased it in a gray because I really liked the gray but, for years, my comforter has been bright green. It was what I was used too and what I liked. I wanted it back.
I got exactly what I wanted with this duvet cover! This duvet cover is an absolutely beautiful bright green. It's not quite as bright as my old comforter but it is impressively bright and fits in very well with my room. I would have rather it was a solid color but I've noticed that not many duvet covers aren't and it still looks very nice with the while Moroccan design. The pillow shams that come with it match the duvet cover perfectly. I tried to take a picture of them and I think they kind of disappeared against the duvet cover but I'll still include it! I really love how they go together with my sage green sheet set! It's like they were made to go together!
If you don't know how a duvet cover works, it's like a big pillow case for your comforter. Most duvet covers come with ties on the corners on the inside and most duvets come with loops on their corners. This is so you can tie the ties to the corners of the duvet so that the duvet doesn't move around a lot in the duvet cover. That's where my issue with this duvet covers comes in. It doesn't come with ties. Now, you can buy clips for your duvet and duvet cover but it's not something I can afford at the moment so I had to sew in my own ties. That's just a warning for everyone. This set never claimed to come with ties but it's something I expected and others would too so just keep that in mind!
But, beyond that, this duvet cover is awesome. It's soft, though not the softest I've ever owned and fits my duvet well. But, I do have an overstuffed duvet. It might seem a little big on a smaller duvet but it will still work very well! The pillow shams fit my pillow well and everything looks very good together! Overall, it's an amazing set and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to change up their duvet!
